USER MANUAL

1       Home: Any user visiting through this page can either log in to the application through login page or can get him registered by redirecting to the registration page. This page contains information about Shree Ganesh Sales Ltd.

   

2      New user Registration: Any new user visiting home page and willing to order something has to register first through this page. Here, he/she will be assigned a user id which will be the email address of the user itself.

3       Login: A registered user can login to the application through this page.

4       Register a customer: A logged in customer can register himself through this page. Here he/she will be assigned a unique customer id. There are adequate validations in place on the form to facilitate user if he/she makes a mistake. An email will be sent containing user details to the user upon registration.

5       Place an order:  Through this page, the customer can select the goods they are interested to buy. You have to place the quantity of the goods that you are looking for. VAT, discount and net amount to be paid are all auto generated. There are different rates of discounts offered for different rate of purchase, ex-: 15% discount is there for a purchase of 50,000, 20 % for 50,000-1,00,000.

6      Payment Details: There are two payment modes-net banking and credit card. There are seven banks registered for net banking. Also, both VISA and MASTER cards are acceptable as credit card. On selecting the net banking in mode of payment, you can see the banks offering net banking while on selecting credit card as mode of payment; you can see the fields for payment through credit card.

7       Payment result: This page shows the result of the payment. On clicking the link- Redirect to feedback, you will be linked to feedback form.

8       Feedback: User has to enter the feedback about the quality of the service offered .They have to rate us and also they can suggests us areas where we can improve.

9     Contact us: This page contains the mail address, phone no., email address and a link to the Home page.
